80g - bacon, diced
30g - rocket
- extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan
100g - fresh peas
1 small - onion, finely chopped

TENDER SPINACH & RICOTTA TORTELLONI WITH PEAS AND ROCKET

Brown bacon in a non-stick pan for about two minutes. Add the finely chopped onion and peas and cook for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the Giovanni Rana Tender Spinach & Ricotta tortelloni in a large amount of water for one minute, drain and quickly mix with the peas and bacon in the pan. Add rocket and sprinkle with Parmesan to taste before serving.
