1 pack - Giovanni Rana Pesto with PDO* Genovese Basil Sauce
100g - mini mozzarella balls
100g - medium cherry tomatoes
A handful - basil leaves

FUSILLI SALAD WITH PESTO VERDE, CHERRY TOMATOES, MINI MOZZARELLA BALLS AND BASIL

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, season with a splash of olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped basil, add the mini mozzarella balls, whole or cut in half. Cook the fusilli for four minutes, rinse under cold water for three seconds. Season with Giovanni Rana Pesto thinned down with three spoonfuls of pasta cooking water and the tomato-mozzarella mixture. Done! Buon appetito!
