50g - pecorino cheese
1 spoon - pine nuts
- salt and pepper, as desired
- finely grated zest from one lemon

FRESH TAGLIATELLE WITH LEMON, PECORINO AND PINE NUTS

Cook the tagliatelle until they are al dente, drain and add to a frying pan in which the pine nuts have been toasted. Add the cream and finely grated lemon zest. Gently sauté to make sure the cream maintains the right consistency. Add grated pecorino cheese and season to taste with freshly ground pepper before serving.
